Redia ("we", "us", "our") is a compliance tracking platform that monitors social media engagement (likes and comments) on connected accounts owned by the user.
1. Information We Collect
- TikTok account information you authorize via OAuth:
open_id, display name, and metadata of your public videos.
- Facebook Page information you authorize via OAuth: page ID, page name, page access token.
- Public engagement data (likes count, comments count, video metadata) from accounts you connect.
- Comment data uploaded manually via CSV by the account owner.
- Contact list information you manually enter into the platform.
2. How We Use Information
- To display analytics dashboards to the account owner.
- To match commenters against a contact list you provide.
- To send real-time alerts about engagement (Facebook webhooks).
- We do NOT sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
3. Data Retention
Data is stored as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us at the email below.
4. Third-Party Services
- TikTok Display API: used only to fetch your own public videos and metadata. We follow TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
- Facebook Graph API: used to fetch your own page content and receive webhooks. We follow Facebook Platform Terms.
5. Security
All data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on private infrastructure. OAuth tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically.
6. Your Rights
You may disconnect any connected platform at any time from the Settings panel, which will revoke our access tokens. You may also request full deletion of your data.
