Redia is a compliance tracking platform that helps users measure team engagement on their own social media accounts (Facebook Pages, TikTok creator accounts) by monitoring likes and comments.

2. Eligibility

You must own or have authorization to manage the social media accounts you connect to Redia.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Redia to monitor accounts you do not own or have permission to manage.
• Violate any social media platform's Terms of Service.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Redia integrates with TikTok and Facebook via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend access if these terms are violated. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Liability

Redia is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
